How Our Process Works

1

Initial Consultation

We review your situation, confirm eligibility, and explain the process and timeline.

2

Document Collection

You receive a clear checklist of required documents. We guide you through gathering birth certificates, marriage certificates, financial records, and more.

3

Form Preparation and Filing

We draft your forms accurately. An attorney reviews, you approve, and we file with USCIS.

4

Interview Prep and Follow-Through

We prepare you for interviews, track deadlines, respond to RFEs, and keep you informed until approval.

Services We Provide

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

The first step for family-based green cards. We prepare and file on behalf of U.S. citizens or green card holders.

I-485 Adjustment of Status

For beneficiaries already in the U.S., we handle concurrent filing or adjustment once your priority date is current.

Consular Processing (NVC and Interview)

For relatives abroad, we coordinate with the National Visa Center and prepare you for consular interviews.

I-751 Removal of Conditions

Two-year conditional residents must file I-751 to obtain a 10-year green card. We handle joint and waiver filings.

N-400 Naturalization

Ready to become a U.S. citizen? We prepare your application, review civics prep, and represent you at your interview.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my case take?

Processing times vary by USCIS service center and case type. I-130 can take 10–18 months, I-485 around 12–24 months. We provide current estimates during your consultation.

Do I have to go to an interview?

Most adjustment of status and naturalization cases require an interview. We prepare you thoroughly and can attend with you when permitted.

Can my spouse work while the case is pending?

Yes. If filing I-485, we also file I-765 for work authorization (EAD) and I-131 for travel (Advance Parole), usually approved within 3–6 months.

What if we have travel plans?

We advise on safe travel and file for Advance Parole if needed. Traveling without proper authorization can abandon your I-485.

What happens if USCIS issues an RFE (Request for Evidence)?

We respond promptly with the requested documents and legal arguments. RFEs are common and we handle them as part of our service.
