How is litigation handled?
Litigation and disputes are billed separately at discounted hourly rates (typically 20–30% below our standard rates). We'll provide estimates before starting any dispute work.
Do unused hours or reviews roll over?
No. Each month resets. But if you have a big project coming, we can adjust your tier temporarily or handle it as a one-time project add-on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. 30 days written notice required. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What if my needs change as I grow?
