E-2 renewals are not automatic. You must show that your business remains active, real, and compliant with E-2 requirements.

Start with updated corporate records, tax returns, bank statements, payroll data, and evidence that the enterprise continues operating.

Document your investment history and how funds remain at risk in the business. Include operational proof such as invoices, contracts, and client activity.

If you have employees, demonstrate job creation and ongoing wage payments. If your business model changed, explain why and provide supporting records.
